Technical Associate I
McGovern Institute for Brain Research at the Dorkenwald Lab is seeking a Technical Associate I to work on computational projects and support neuroscience studies in connectomics. Potential projects include developing computational infrastructure, designing machine learning segmentation and classification pipelines, creating visualization and UI tools, processing, storing, and disseminating large datasets, and optimizing and parallelizing workflows to run on compute clusters. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain research experience, enhance their technical skills, or is considering graduate school.
