• We are currently looking for an Organic Chemist to join our team in Cambridge, MA.
• The primary focus of this role is to support our on-DNA binder confirmation platform and on-DNA reaction optimization.

• Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within expected timelines.
• Develop and optimize new DNA compatible reactions that can be employed in the production of DNA-encoded libraries
• Communicate key results and enable data driven decision making

• Doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology or biochemistry
• Lab-based chemistry research experience

• Experience with on-DNA chemistry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality results
• Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking skills
