What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors, and directing them to appropriate locations and/or contacts.
• Support access control by verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with site personnel for approvals and escorts as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services, documenting actions taken, and completing required reports.
• Monitor front desk activity and nearby entry areas using security-related systems and established protocols to help identify unusual conditions and/or policy violations, and escalate concerns per post orders.
• Support a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by communicating site rules, assisting with package and delivery check-in procedures, and helping maintain orderly lobby operations consistent with confidentiality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Having CPR certification is preferred.
• Having CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
