Patrol Security Supervisor

$25.01 per hour.

Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Work schedule may include evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as determined and scheduled annually.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Oversee the entire site.
• Respond to emergency situations such as elevator entrapment, medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms.
• Ensure all security personnel follow facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct audit inspections to confirm officers are in uniform, complete logs, conduct tours, and are not on personal cellphones.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, and related documents submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Use basic computer knowledge in daily tasks.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Provide counseling, advice, motivation, and, when necessary, disciplinary and positive reinforcement to personnel at the location.
• Collaborate with management on developing and implementing effective employee relations and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure assigned security personnel are kept up to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

• Customer‑service or military experience.
• Previous security or concierge experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.

• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to successfully pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
