Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and/or vendor entry procedures while following location protocols for restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours activity;
Support day-to-day operations by communicating professionally with healthcare personnel and the public, providing directions, and reporting maintenance, medical, and/or security-related concerns as appropriate
