Patrol Security Supervisor

Position located in Boston, MA.

Securing the site and overseeing all security personnel.

Pay Rate: $25.01 per hour. Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times and oversee the entire site.
• Respond to emergency situations such as elevator entrapment, medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms.
• Ensure that all security personnel comply with facility security operations procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct audit inspections to verify officers are in uniform, complete logs, conduct tours, and are not using personal cellphones.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Use basic computer knowledge for reporting.
• Maintain effective communication with all assigned security personnel.
• Provide counsel, advice, motivation, and discipline to staff when necessary.
• Work with management on employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Keep security personnel updated on any procedural, policy, or regulatory changes.

• Previous security concierge or related experience.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
