We are looking for Full‑time and Part‑time Security Officers and Supervisors for the Cambridge and surrounding Boston area. Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing, and completion of orientation. Hiring is immediate. Pay rate starts at $22.15 and up. Hours include various shifts and days.

• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Operate mobile units to monitor exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed daily reports on incidents that occurred on the premises.
• Maintain proper completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
• Maintain patrol vehicle, including routine or corrective maintenance, vacuuming, and car wash.
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on‑site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either client or Northeast Security, Inc.

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Previous Customer Service experience or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Clear communication in English (both written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
• Must provide 5 years of previous work history (or be able to explain gaps in history).
• Must provide 10 years of housing history.
• Must pass a credit check with no significant amount in collections.
