  - Wednesday to Sunday (3 pm to 11 pm)

  - Saturday to Sunday (7 am to 3 pm) + Monday to Tuesday (3 pm to 11 pm)
• Shift Supervisor
  - Wednesday to Saturday (11 pm to 7 am)
• Shift Supervisor
  - Sunday to Tuesday (11 pm to 7 am)

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at one or more client posts; ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, reports filed, and authorities and client notified in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers and other personnel; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions with company management or designated representatives.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts as scheduled; meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to assure all security requirements are met and to provide customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, assigning, directing, coaching, appraising, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

• May be required to hold and continue to meet the requirements for any applicable state, county and municipal license for Security Officers.
• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
• Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
• Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.

• Must meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.

• Basic computer usage and keyboarding, operating controls.
