• Pay Rate: $27.55 per hour (Paid orientation and training)
• Minimum Age: 21 years (21+ for armed positions)

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to an educational location.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting students, staff, visitors, and vendors, verifying credentials, and directing guests in accordance with front desk protocols.
• Answer phones, manage visitor sign‑in processes, issue access instructions, and communicate security‑related information to appropriate personnel in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns to site leadership or emergency contacts when needed.
• Observe front desk activity and surrounding entry areas to deter unauthorized access, unusual behavior, or policy violations, documenting relevant details as required.

• At least 21 years of age (18 for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Eligible to undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with state or local licensing requirements as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
