Job Description

Summary:

The Director 1, Corporate Facility Security (Corporate FSO) provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of the organization's enterprise Industrial Security Program, ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DCSA requirements, and all applicable U.S. Government security regulations. Serving as the designated Corporate Facility Security Officer, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving corporate security policies, procedures, and compliance programs that protect classified information, personnel, facilities, and critical assets across the enterprise.

The incumbent serves as the company's principal authority on industrial security matters and partners with senior leadership, government customers, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), prime contractors, subcontractors, and internal business stakeholders to ensure mission success while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The Director 1, Corporate FSO leads enterprise-wide Industrial Security operations, including personnel security, physical security, classified document control, visitor control, security education, and security compliance programs, while fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
* Serve as the designated Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) with overall responsibility for the organization's enterprise Industrial Security Program and compliance with NISPOM, DD Form 254 requirements, customer directives, and applicable federal regulations.

* Provide strategic leadership and direction for all Industrial Security functions across multiple facilities and classified programs, ensuring consistent implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise security policies, standards, and operating procedures that align with government requirements, contractual obligations, and corporate objectives.

* Serve as the primary liaison with DCSA, government customers, and security representatives on all industrial security matters, inspections, assessments, investigations, and compliance activities.

* Lead and oversee personnel security operations, including clearance management, onboarding and offboarding of cleared personnel, visit certifications, security indoctrinations and debriefings, foreign travel reporting, and administration of DISS and other government security systems.

* Direct enterprise classified information protection activities, ensuring proper receipt, accountability, storage, transmission, reproduction, marking, destruction, and inventory of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with applicable regulations.

* Provide executive oversight of physical security operations, including facility accreditation, access control systems, visitor management, alarm systems, classified storage, construction security, and proprietary or contract guard force operations.

* Establish and maintain a comprehensive security education, awareness, and Insider Threat Program that promotes organizational accountability, regulatory compliance, and a culture of security across all levels of the company.

* Direct enterprise security self-inspections, internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews while ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous program improvement.
