John Flatley Co, a respected leader in Construction/Real Estate, is expanding its in-house services by launching a dedicated Plumbing and HVAC team that will build our new properties and service our existing properties. We’re seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to help build this department from the ground up. • Install, service, and repair commercial and/or residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform corrective actions
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize system efficiency
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and corporate standards
• Collaborate with internal departments and field technicians across disciplines

• 3+ years of HVAC installation and service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a new, growing team
