Key Performance Objectives:

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction through feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• First-Time Completion: Diagnose issues accurately, arrive prepared, and complete repairs during the initial visit.
• Response Time: Respond within the company's defined timeframe to ensure customer loyalty.
• Service Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets; identify upselling opportunities.
• Service Agreement Enrollment: Promote long-term relationships and recurring revenue.
• Installation Quality: Ensure high-quality installations with minimal callbacks.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the Nexstar whole home electrical inspection process.
• Diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in residential settings.
• Wire HVAC power and control systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain tools, parts, and safety equipment.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatchers.
• Obtain customer authorization/signature for payments.
• Meet sales and performance targets.
• Assist customers with repair vs. replace decisions.
• Schedule and generate replacement consultations.
• Meet or exceed performance standards.

Compensation: $25 - $45 an hour
