** The right person for this position:
** The perfect fit for this position is someone who has reliable, has dependable transportation, a good work ethic, has attention to detail, is great with customers, has 5+ years of carpentry skills and wants to work on a crew that is building 4-6 decks a month. If you have all of your own tools and equipment, and more than 5 years of deck building experience, the pay will be higher.

Our existing crew is a team of 9 and looking for an additional Carpenter. We are currently booked out until the end of the 2025 and are trying to increase our output by bringing on quality help.

* Most of all of our work is between Quincy, Mansfield and Bourne but we will travel for the right job.

* Schedule:

General working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:30pm.
* Paid Training
* 7 Paid Holidays
* 5 paid Sick and Vacation days after 60 day probation period
* Simple IRA contribution with company match if so desired after 90 Days.
* Paid weekly via direct deposit
