Performs routine preventive maintenance on automatic doors, roll-up doors, and fire doors.;
Perform routine preventive maintenance on laundry chutes.;
Assist Automatic Door Technician with the installation of new automatic doors.;
Repair various hospital equipment: kitchen equipment, pallet jacks, and SPD carts.;
Responds to emergency calls for the memios trash and linen system.
