If you've repaired ATMs, currency sorters, copiers, vending machines, gaming equipment, or other electro-mechanical equipment, this could be the opportunity for you. Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment for banks, retailers, casinos, and other commercial customers throughout the Boston area.

• Diagnose and repair high-speed cash handling equipment at customer locations.
• Install equipment and perform hardware and software upgrades.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Manage service parts and tools.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory using a company-provided vehicle.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

• Professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years of field service repair experience preferred.
• Experience repairing ATMs, currency sorters, copier machines, mail sorters, vending machines, or similar electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
