DescriptionMinuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore and we are hiring a Residential Service Plumber for its north-of-Boston service territory, centered around Cambridge. You will run residential service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and give homeowners a five-star experience. Join an established team of seven service plumbers at a company that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities- Run residential plumbing service calls independently from dispatch to close
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems accurately the first time
- Present repair and replacement options based on what is right for the customer
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and set proper expectations on every job
- Document work clearly and keep the company truck stocked and organized
- Uphold code standards and quality workmanship on every call
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Residential service experience strongly preferred
- Based in or north of the Boston area for a reasonable commute to the north service territory
- Strong customer-facing communication and honest recommendations
- Valid Massachusetts driver license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
