Diagnose malfunctioning equipment through troubleshooting and system analysis, determining corrective actions required to restore equipment to satisfactory operating condition while minimizing downtime.

Coordinate directly with client representatives and work order requestors to understand operational needs, communicate repair timelines, and schedule maintenance within appropriate operational windows.

Prioritize and manage all preventative maintenance tasks, corrective work orders, and emergency repairs for the site across annual, monthly, weekly, and daily schedules to maintain operational continuity.

Review operational logs and system performance data to identify potential issues, ensure proper equipment function, and report problems or malfunctions promptly to appropriate stakeholders.

Participate in the on-call rotation with site technicians, responding to emergency situations and providing after-hours support as needed to maintain facility operations.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required.

Completion of trades schooling, technical training, or vocational education program in plumbing, pipe fitting, or related mechanical trades.

3+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, pipe fitting, or building mechanical systems maintenance in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
