Monitor the installation and repair of equipment and systems by contractors during construction and renovation projects;
Order and maintain replacement parts, materials, and tools to meet work orders;
Respond to emergency and routine repairs within department time frames;
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain documentation per department and regulatory guidelines
