Position: School Speech Language Pathologist 36 Contract *Up to 67/hr

School Speech Language Pathologist for a 36‑week contract in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Provide speech‑language services to students, collaborate with educators, and maintain compliance. Earn up to $67 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech‑language therapy in classroom and direct service settings for 37.5 hours per week.

  • Provide school‑based services aligned with IEP goals and district standards.

  • Evaluate and assess communication needs to develop measurable therapy plans.

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance requirements for school placements.

  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.

    • Eligible for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist; pipeline role for 26/27 SY.

    • Minimum one year of experience in a school or related setting, 37.5 hours per week.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school teams.

    • Ability to manage time effectively during the standard ES schedule.

    • Accurate documentation and professionalism.

    • Background and compliance checks as required for school‑based placements.
