Program Engineer

Position: Program Engineer 1
REQUIRED:

A minimum of two years of software engineering experience in ML/AI projects; strong Python programming skills; proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch); experience with model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar; and excellent communication ability to convey complex technical work to non-technical stakeholders. PREFERRED:

Experience with MLOps tools/practices (monitoring models, handling model drift, continuous integration/continuous deployment); domain familiarity in biotech, computational biology, medical imaging, drug discovery; experience with geometric deep learning; and cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

This position is located in Cambridge, MA (MIT Jameel Clinic).
