You will have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment and shape the future of the company and its technology. You will report to Tristar AI’s Head of Engineering. This is a hybrid role based out of our Kendall Square office in Cambridge, MA.

- You are comfortable moving around a technology stack to understand how different features work and contribute to different parts of the platform.

- This will be a rough 50/50 split between full stack responsibilities and supporting past customer analytics.
- Contribute to our customer facing dashboard.
- Provide analytics based on statistics on the dashboard for customers.
- Support and maintain current model with our active learning pipeline.
- Track performance and metrics for past results.
- Document and help scope document customers specs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique manufacturing challenges and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related technical fields.
- 2+ years experience working in Python.
- Familiarity with Type Script, React (NextJS a plus), Typed Python 3.13+, SQL (pl/pgSQL a plus).
- Experience developing computer vision software is plus.
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong optimization and debugging skills.
- Experience using traditional computer vision techniques.
