Enhance data processing pipelines, concurrency models, and multi-tenant capabilities for public and private cloud deployments
  • Elevate Code Quality:
Lead and participate in rigorous peer reviews, ensuring a clean, robust, and maintainable codebase
Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated backend or server-side specialist. While we value full-stack adaptability, your core passion and expertise lie in building rock-solid server-side logic and scalable APIs. If you already have many of the following attributes and are excited to learn the rest, we would love to hear from you:

  • Education:

Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related scientific/engineering discipline
  • API Design:
Proven experience building secure, backward-compatible, and high-performance RESTful APIs for large-scale SaaS environments
  • Testing Excellence:
Passionate about quality, with experience using automated backend testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mocha/Jest)
  • Mindset: A strong sense of ownership, an agile mindset, and excellent English communication skills
  • Experience working with RDF databases / graph databases and querying with SPARQL
  • A passion or academic interest in materials science, chemistry, biology, or scientific informatics software
  • Experience or familiarity with client-side development (Angular 21+, RxJS) to support full-stack collaboration when needed
What’s in it for you
  • Global Culture: A vibrant, diverse, and deeply collaborative international work environment
  • True Balance:
Flexible working hours paired with a modern hybrid working model
  • Growth & Mentorship:
Extensive, structured career development programs to help you scale your skills
