You will lead the technical architecture for an AI-powered operating system for commercial real estate. As a high-ownership product engineer, you will build full-stack features using Python and Type Script, design complex data pipelines, and develop real-time collaborative tools that enable brokers and investors to manage billions in physical assets efficiently.

• Direct influence on the product roadmap and technical foundation of a startup already generating $1M ARR with a lean team of ten.
• High-autonomy environment where you write your own tasks and move from first principles rather than following a corporate playbook.
• Significant equity upside in a company building the "Salesforce + Claude for Real Estate," modernizing a massive, fragmented global industry.

• Drive full-stack architecture and technical direction across backend, frontend, and data services using Python and Type Script.
• Design and maintain high-performance data pipelines to unify disparate sources using orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
• Build and ship multiplayer, real-time synchronization features and AI-agent workflows to enhance user collaboration and data analysis.

• Proven experience designing and shipping full-stack applications with heavy data model manipulation in Python, Type Script, and PostgreSQL.
• Technical expertise in building data pipelines, handling geospatial data (PostGIS/GeoJSON), and optimizing complex queries for speed.
• A craftsperson's mindset with a history of driving technical strategy at early-stage startups or as a former founder.
