Responsibilities- Provide engineering leadership through mentoring, code reviews, technology selection, architecture definition, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators to define and prioritize technical requirements, track them in Git Lab, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle: requirements management, development, merge requests, testing, and deployment.
- Architect scalable, robust software systems that meet customer and program needs.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and external partners.
- Develop responsive user‑facing applications using JavaScript, Unity, or other relevant frameworks.
- Lead technical components of proposals for new research and development programs.

- Hybrid work model (60% onsite) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with full lifecycle exposure;
DoD experience preferred. - Willingness to travel for customer briefings and integration/test events.
- Experience leading test and evaluation events.
- Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience managing multi‑perfomer teams on large‑scale integration initiatives.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000 (based on internal job level).
