Ark Biotech Inc. is seeking a Digital Bioprocess Specialist in Cambridge, MA. You’ll be the key problem-solver for partners, translating scientific challenges into Ark models and guiding rapid, effective use of the software.
Work at the intersection of bioprocess science and AI-driven tooling, educate customers, drive feature adoption, and help shape product direction alongside PhD modelers and engineers. This role is in-person, Monday–Thursday, with domestic/international travel as needed.
