- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems
- Create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company
- Stay current with technology trends and experiment with and learn new technologies
- Participate in internal and external technology communities
- Mentor members of the engineering community
- Occasionally code or evaluate code
- Collaborate with digital product managers
- Deliver robust cloud-based solutions supporting financial empowerment
- Build and deploy proprietary AI-powered risk management solutions with the GRC team and company partners
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Preferred:
Master’s Degree - Preferred: 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, Type Script, SQL, Python, or Go
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- Preferred: 7+ years of people management experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion - No agencies please
Demonstrates expertise in leading technology projects and managing teams, with a strong focus on cloud computing and software engineering. Proficient in developing AI-powered solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
