Compensation
Salary:
Top 50% average $92,591 per year.
Commission per mile (CPM):
Starting pay $.69 to $.72 CPM.
Drivers are paid for practical miles, resulting in 3–5 percent more total miles per year than companies paying based on short‑route miles.
RequirementsExperience:
One‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience with a Class A CDL.
