Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive leader to establish and manage all warehouse operations within a dynamic prototyping and low-rate production environment. This role involves building inventory tracking systems from scratch, ensuring efficient material flow, and leading a team to support rapid product development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced setting and possess a strong ability to create structure and optimize processes in an evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead inbound receiving, verifying shipments, and managing documentation.
Develop and implement inventory tracking for thousands of unique parts.
Organize warehouse layout for efficient material staging and retrieval.
Lead a team of material handlers and receiving specialists.
Establish warehouse workflows and operational standards.

Must-Have Skills

Experience managing inventory in high-mix, low-volume settings.
Proven ability to build and improve warehouse processes.
Proficiency with inventory tracking tools such as spreadsheets or barcode systems.

Industry Experience

Experience in R&D, prototype, aerospace, or defense manufacturing environments is a significant advantage for this role.
