Position:Receptionist – Cambridge-Isanti
Part‑time, approximately 24 hours per week, 3 days a week in‑office (Mondays and Fridays required, third day flexible).
Key Responsibilities- Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members.
- Support Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean‑up (including food ordering as needed).
- Maintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution).
- Maintain office security procedures.
- Support basic insurance related tasks (training provided).
- Provide occasional backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 to $21 per hour. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
