Role
Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist, following AAP guidelines.
- Manage patient schedules to ensure comprehensive care and education.
- Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences.
- Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology such as intra‑oral scanners and voice‑activated charting.
- Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development.
- Support and mentor colleagues within a collaborative culture.
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Providing preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene services.
- Contributing to patient education and oral health promotion.
- Engaging in professional growth through training and CE opportunities.
- Supporting a fun, innovative, and patient‑focused culture.
