• Solid tumor coverage required

• EMR:
  Epic

• Estimated Timeframe:

  • 90 days with active license

  • 120 days if license is needed

• Board Certified Hematology/Oncology - Required

• Active Minnesota License or IMLC Accepted - Required

• DEA - Required

• BLS - Required

• Drive-in candidates required
