Salary: $17.83 Per Hour

• Knowledge of the subject taught
• Ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior
• Ability to deliver articulate presentations

• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, students and parents
• If over 18 years of age, a successful background check is required

• Perform intermediate skilled work, teaching youth learners for the youth programs. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Community Education Coordinator.

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Adapt teaching materials and methods to be relevant to the youth learners.
• Instruct students in relevant subject matter areas.
• Represent Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a positive way.
