Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a part-time Mental Health Worker for the Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN.
You will work with a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization and IRTS team to implement treatment plans and support adults with psychiatric instability, helping them develop independence and community skills. Shifts vary 7:00am-3:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm with mandatory in-person weekly meetings.
