1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM Monday thru Friday) | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Lamination Technicians for a well-established manufacturing company in Cambridge, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high-quality fiberglass components while working in a clean, safety-focused production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with resins and fiberglass, and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit.

• Assist with spraying and milling gelcoat in the spray booth
• Assist with spraying resin and rolling out fiberglass materials
• Follow lamination build instructions from Engineering
• Select precut fiberglass and core kits for each assigned part
• Lay out required materials according to work instructions
• Mix catalyst, resin, and/or gelcoat according to manufacturer specifications
• Assist with vacuum infusion of resin and monitor vacuum pressure, lines, and clamps
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Work to meet or exceed company standard work expectations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior knowledge or experience with lamination, resin work, or related duties
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
• Strong time management and ability to cross-train in various departments
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach during a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Must pass dust and respirator fit testing (requires being clean-shaven)
