** Key Position Details:
*** 0.8 FTE
** Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
** position. May work between two locations:
Cambridge and Coon Rapids.

*** Outpatient‐focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed
* Manage patients with
** solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
*** Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services

* Job Description:

** Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.
** Required Qualifications
*** Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
** Licenses/Certifications
*** Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)
* Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.
* BLS - Multisource required within 180 Days
* Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire
