Inside Sales Support # Inside Sales Support Hot Job Cambridge, MN 55008## Overview Salary Range $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary## Description# Arrow Tank & Engineering is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to assist our Propane Division by providing accurate, timely, and proactive support to customers and the sales team. This role helps drive smooth operations, strong customer engagement, and efficient order processing from start to finish.##

** Key Responsibilities
*** Support the sales team by preparing quotes, pricing, and customer updates.
* Track sales orders from entry through delivery; coordinate with production, purchasing, admin, and shipping.
* Manage customer inquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams.
* Assist with logistics for finished goods and work‐in‐process deliveries.
* Perform final equipment checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
* Help qualify leads, gather customer information, and route opportunities to sales representatives.
* Support new customer setup, invoicing, title processing, and documentation needs.
* Photograph completed projects and maintain an organized digital catalog for sales and marketing use.## Qualifications##
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

* * 4+ years of relevant B2B or industry experience.
* Experience in quoting, order entry, or product‐based customer support preferred.
* Strong customer‐service mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/order management systems.
* Industry experience in propane, energy, transportation equipment, or manufacturing is a plus.
* High attention to detail, strong problem‐solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* CDL (A or

B) with hazmat/tanker endorsements is a plus.##
