Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor for our adult foster care home in Cambridge, MN. As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. The Southview program is located in Cambridge, in a quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks away from the high school. The program supports four men ranging in age from their 40s-60s with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, autism, and epilepsy.
Shifts will vary between 7:00 am‑2:00 pm and 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm, depending on the needs of the program. 40 hours per week. Every other weekend is required. 18+ is required. A driver's license is required.Salary: $20.25‑$21.25 per hour
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least one year in the field providing direct care services.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not required.

As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. You will assist in a variety of day‑to‑day tasks based on the needs and goals of the people you are caring for. Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, going out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more.
You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person‑centered culture that values the people we support and team members. Supervisory responsibilities include a blend of direct support and office duties, including serving as a role‑model to staff, training staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning, organizing staff meetings, and other duties as assigned.
For this position you will need:
- At least one year of experience in the field providing direct care. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- To pass a post‑offer background check.
- A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check.
RSI has been working in communities in Minnesota since 1978 in home and community‑based settings for people living with disabilities and mental illness, providing a range of services catered for individuals of all ages, identities, and abilities.
