Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (Cambridge, MN)
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Cambridge, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Compassion, warmth, and reliability are essential – no prior experience or certifications are required to get started.
Shift: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. 30 hours per week with every other weekend required. Staff will work 6 days on, 8 days off. A valid driver’s license is required; applicants must be 18+.
Salary: $18.75–$19.25 per hour for awake hours (10:00 pm–12:00 am and 6:00 am–8:00 am); $12.00 per hour for asleep hours (12:00 am–6:00 am).

What You’ll Do as a DSP:
- Assist people with disabilities and mental illness in daily tasks based on their needs and goals.
- Administer medication, perform household duties, and manage behavioral situations.
- Support personal hygiene and medical care needs.
- Facilitate community activities such as shopping, concerts, dining out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
- Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture that values the individuals we support and our team members.
For This Position You Will Need:
- Pass a post‑offer background check.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check for day or evening shifts.
