Aging Care Associate​/Homemaker

Family Pathways Aging Services is hiring a part-time Aging Care Associate/Homemaker, to provide services in clients' homes, including Isanti and Chisago counties.

Rate of pay is $16.00/hour with mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, and no weekends! This position is part-time and candidates must be able to work between 15-20 hours/week. There is potential for this to turn into full-time in the future. Candidates must have reliable transportation and live within a reasonable distance to client service areas.

Professional or personal experience with older adults is preferred.

• Light housekeeping such as sweeping and mopping floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting and vacuuming
• Straightening up the house or apartment
• Changing bed linens
• Laundry
• Menu planning and meal prep
• Help with decluttering and organizing
• Visiting with clients during services

In addition to being able to perform the above duties, candidates must be self-motivated, reliable and have the ability to work well independently.
