Schedule
Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• or Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of collections if monthly production is under $80,000 or 32% of collections if monthly production exceeds $80,000
• $10,000 sign on bonus
• $900 daily guarantee

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a patient-centered environment

• Deliver excellent clinical care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Collaborate with your EFDA and dental assistant to ensure efficiency and quality care

• Support and guide the team as a positive leader and role model

• Contribute to a respectful and organized workplace built on honesty and teamwork

• Utilize Open Dental software and advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and Trios 5 scanners

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree and current Ohio dental license (or eligibility)

• New graduates welcome; mentorship is provided and encouraged

• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on integrity and patient service

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
