Locum - Physician - Emergency Medicine Cambridge OH

OVP Cambridge is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician. Looking for a minimum of 5+ shifts a month consistently with ongoing availability 12+ months. Credentialing is a 60+ days.

Start date - As soon as credentialed (min 60+ days)

Annual Volume - 24,

Average volume is for a 24hr period. Cambridge averages about 55-60 daily.

Physician shifts - 7a-7p, 7p-7a

APP shifts - 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a

Number of beds - 17

Transfer locations - Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, Aultman (OB)

Transfer % - 4.94%

• 16-20k Annual Volume
• 12 hour shifts for providers.
• 45 days credentialing timeline

Medical Staff fees will NOT be reimbursed

Physician conversion fee cap $18-$20K

All travel must be booked through OVP

Requirement description :

• Name clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidate's full presentation.
• Provider must be available for nights and weekends - please note in availability at time of nameclear
• Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
• OH state License - [REQUIRED], will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID Vaccination - [REQUIRED]
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
• MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - [REQUIRED]
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - [REQUIRED]
• NRP - [REQUIRED]
• Clean background - no exceptions [REQUIRED]
• Self query NPDB at time of name clear [REQUIRED]

• Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Ohio

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
