- Facilitate cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering) to deliver measurable improvement results.
- Drive optimization of maintenance processes to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
- Analyze maintenance and production data to identify trends and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment failures and reliability events.
- Improve breakdown elimination systems and defect handling processes.
- Support and enhance asset management systems, ensuring data integrity and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in daily operations meetings, providing reliability insights, KPI reporting, and corrective action tracking.
- Promote equipment ownership within production teams, supporting autonomous maintenance and centerline management initiatives.
- Lead reliability-related capital improvement projects and value-driven initiatives.
- Partner with internal technical teams and external service providers to improve overall maintenance effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline) or equivalent hands‑on reliability experience.
