Maintenance Engineer

We have been hired by our client, a leader in their industry, to conduct a Maintenance Engineer search in Cambridge, OH
. The Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in driving standardization and best practices to ensure the dependability and performance of plant systems, with a strong emphasis on risk management, testing, and continuous improvement in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

• Drive improvement of maintenance processes and asset reliability through analysis of plant maintenance data, including preventative and predictive measures.
• Facilitate and participate in advanced problem-solving activities and shop floor teams to improve performance and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with third-party technical partners and internal resources to ensure accurate asset management, inventory control, and cost-effective maintenance performance.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, defect handling, breakdown elimination, and participation in daily huddles to review performance metrics and countermeasures.

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• CMRP certification required
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis triggers and leading investigations
• Proficiency with predictive and preventative maintenance tools and best practices
