Direct Support Professional; DSP

Full Time Afternoons shifts. Weekends a must.

Part Time overnight shifts.

Part Time morning shift starting at 6:30 am.

• Teach individuals how to complete a given task.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, which may include housekeeping, meal and menu preparation, grocery shopping, and day‑to‑day finances.
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and positioning as needed.
• Provide transportation for the individual to delegated activities such as doctor appointments, community outings, shopping, and vacations.
• Document and administer medication and health‑related tasks.
• Report to supervisor any suspected need for medical attention, evidence of abuse, neglect, or other health and safety issues.
• Build trust and rapport with the individuals you serve, becoming a supportive friend and potentially an extended family member.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License (with less than six (6) points)
• Reliable transportation with current proof of state minimum auto insurance; most positions require use of a personal automobile during work hours
