Description Ideal candidate will reside in south east or east Ohio or Pittsburgh, PA areas to be able to travel to our offices in PA, WV, and OH.
Candidate will be a PT, OT, Speech Therapist, or RN.
Travel at least 50% of the time, can be more based on the needs of the offices.
Hybrid: travel, remote, and in office.
The purpose of the Manager of Clinical Education and Onboarding is to develop, provide, and direct the onboarding and education of Clinical Managers. The focus is guiding, supporting, and preparing the Clinical Manager to fulfill their responsibilities of managing the care and safety of patients, utilizing data to identity and improve clinical efficiencies and outcomes, while following the rules and regulations of the homecare setting.
This person will also develop and/or provide direction, for education and training materials for other field home health clinicians. These materials are to include evidence-based practices, clinical policies and procedures, and patient care standards of care in the home setting.

As a Manager of Clinical Education and Onboarding, you will:
- Direct and/or provide onboarding and education of new Clinical Managers with a specific focus during their first year of employment. This will require a combination of onsite education in their office and training via Teams.
- Support existing Clinical Managers with additional education specific to identified areas of need.
- Identify ongoing needs for additional education opportunities in the offices related to clinical processes and outcomes. Develop educational materials using PowerPoint and other software options.
- Maintain current knowledge of educational materials provided by Interim Health Care National Support Center and our education partner. Communicate information to the offices about the availability of relevant educational materials.
- Participate in monthly clinical forums, including presenting information when indicated.
- Function as a member of the clinical services team.
To qualify for a Manager of Clinical Education and Onboarding position with us, you will need:
- RN, PT, OT, or Speech Therapist
- Previous experience that includes development, planning, and creating educational materials.
- At least 5 years homecare experience within the past 10 years.
- Demonstrated knowledge of home health regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understands principles of adult learners and education methods.
- Proficient in developing educational content in multiple platforms.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (other software for development of educational materials).
