WATER TRANSFER FOREMAN
Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Foreman to lead crews in collecting and moving water through poly pipe, flat hose, and underground pipeline systems to water sources and customer frac jobs. The Foreman will set up, operate, rig, and safely shut down jobs, ensuring laborious outdoor work is performed in all types of conditions.

- Safely and satisfactorily perform the work assigned at the company locations, providing a leadership role at the jobsite
- Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose, run transfer pumps, and assemble essential equipment for water transfer operations
- Load and unload pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport
- Observe machine operations and gauges, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions
- Set and service pumps and generators at job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE as required per specific job task
- Assist in containment and spill clean‑ups
- Communicate with other workers using signals, radios, and telephones
- Use common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
- Drive trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel, and perform job tasks
- Attend and successfully complete training as directed for DOT, OSHA and safety
- Possess outstanding organizational and time‑management skills
- Be detail oriented due to the necessity of safety
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have 3–4 years of oil & gas/rig experience
- Have 2–3 years of supervisory experience
- Be able to identify dangerous conditions and act accordingly
- Be mechanically inclined

- Be able to interact and perform successfully within a team environment
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Demonstrate initiative to learn and develop new skills
- Experience in the energy industry a plus

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures- Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
