Infinity Natural Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company rooted in the Appalachian Basin, is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Lease Operator for a night shift position. This role involves working 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating schedule of either 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with 7 days on followed by 7 days off.

This field-based position supports operations in Guernsey County, Ohio, with occasional travel to Quaker City, OH field office and Morgantown, WV headquarters.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting routine operational checks on all sites within the assigned area of responsibility, monitoring well conditions, recording data, and ensuring the proper functioning of all production and midstream equipment.
• Performing routine inspections and general site maintenance to ensure equipment remains in proper working order and the site is clean.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Analyzing production-related problems and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Monitoring for spills and fluid leaks, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary.
• Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines as per company standards.
• Submitting accurate and timely reports as required, providing relevant updates and feedback to production teams to support production operations.
• Participating in on-call rotation, responding to alarms and upset conditions as necessary.

Your background should include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet all PHMSA and DOT criteria for safety-sensitive duties.
• Subject to mandatory verification of DOT drug, alcohol, and safety records for the preceding two-year period.
• Willingness and ability to work in various weather and well site conditions.
• Willingness and ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including seeing, hearing, talking, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. Must be able to kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and perform other similar repetitive physical tasks. Additionally, must be comfortable working at elevated heights and capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
