What Success Looks Like:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Necessity for attention to detail.
- The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.
- Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.
- Transfer material from bulk bags or “supersacks” to smaller paper or poly bags to a more precise weight that can be handled efficiently at the mixer
- Typically target weights of 30-50lbs.
- Communicate with additional staff members
- Responsible for weighing of materials
- Proper inventory control of raw materials and finished products
- Properly label skids, boxes and fill out any applicable paperwork
- Perform monthly inventory count
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures
- Operating a forklift for various functions.
Your Credentials:
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
- Knowledge of general computer skills.
The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
2nd shift - 2:45pm - 11:00pm
