The primary function of this role is to produce quality products with minimum scrap on the production lines.
We are urgently hiring!
Hourly Rate: starting at $18/hr. commensurate with experience + $1/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.
1st Shift: M-F- 6am-10am
2nd Shift: M-F - 2pm to 6pm

What Success Looks Like:
- Set up equipment and complete changeovers timely
- Produce and use Material Identification labels
- Identify quality material prior to packaging
- Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues
- Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day
- Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S Standards
- Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers
Your Credentials:
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis
