Dayshift CNA / STNA – Full-Time | The Enclave at Cambridge Join Our Night Shift Team at The Enclave at Cambridge!
The Enclave at Cambridge, a trusted skilled nursing and long-term care community in Cambridge, Ohio, is hiring full-time CNA/STNAs for the night shift. We offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite stays, and 24-hour nursing care in a supportive team environment. Schedule- Full‑Time Day Shift
- 12‑hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Provide mobility and repositioning assistance to ensure resident comfort and safety throughout the night
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the on‑duty nurse
- Accurately document care provided per facility policy
- Perform routine vital signs checks and record intake/output as assigned
- Assist with nightly routines including hygiene and comfort measures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for all residents
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Adhere to all infection control and facility safety protocols
- Active Ohio STNA certification required (or current CNA certification with ability to obtain Ohio STNA)
- Must be in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred but will train the right candidate
- Ability to work full‑time night shift hours (7 AM – 7 PM) including every other weekend
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical demands of the role
